1, How to apply

It is easy. Here is how :

For all hair types: Remove lid from plastic jar containing cream relaxer (A).

Use the wooden spatula provided to make a small hollow in the cream near the center of the jar.

Pour full contents of the liquid activator (B) into full contents of cream relaxer (A).

CAUTION : Do not mix less than full contents-use all (A) and (B).

It is very important to mix the cream relaxer and liquid activator together thoroughly for best relaxing results.

Mix until creamy and free of lumps. The mixture will turn an off-white color indicating the relaxer is ready for application.

Do not allow the mixture to stand for more than one-half hour prior to use.

Before starting, review timing guide

Double  check to see if everything you need is at hand.

Apply scalp protector(petroleum jelly) to scalp, hairline,ears and nape of neck.

Then gently comb through hair to untangle it.

Section hair by making a part down the center and another from ear to ear.You should have four equal sections.

Cover shoulders with a towel.

Put on plastic gloves and set timer for maximum time for your hair type as indicated by the strand test and timing guide.

3, Applications

Starting in the back sections, make narrow partings of about 1/2 inch.

Apply the relaxer to the hair with the back of a wide-tooth comb,starting close to the scalp.

Spread generous amounts of relaxer evenly down the entire hairshaft, section by section. Be sure to use ample relaxer. More gives better straightening. Do not rub relaxer into the scalp. Continue to apply relaxer until all hair is covered.Application must be completed in 8 minutes no more.

Using a wide tooth comb,gently comb relaxer to the ends of the hair with short strokes.Do not tug or pull. Put any relaxer that collects on the comb back on the hair.
